The Museum Shops host the 34th Annual Navajo Rug Auction in the Palace of the Governors Courtyard. Purchase a bid card and bid on more than 100 new, museum-quality Navajo rugs including Two Grey Hills, Chief Blankets and Storm Patterns.

Navajo weavings are some of the best known American Indian Art forms. For 34 years, we celebrated this art form through a yearly auction selling over 3,500 rugs. Known among collectors for its great values in rug prices, the auction will showcase Navajo rugs in wide-ranging styles, including Two Grey Hills, Ganado, Teec Nos Pos, Yeis, Pictorials and Wide Ruins. We hope you appreciate the beauty in these special works of art and even find a few to bring hom

 

               

The preview is from 9 to 11 a.m. and bidding will begin at 11 a.m. until all the rugs are sold.

Open to all member levels and the community.

Admission is free and bid cards are $5.
